Select subjects, size and a style suited to the product. Upload the original photographs with permission from the people involved. No account is required for a quote request. The uploader checks file type and dimensions; photo suitability is reviewed by a person.
2. Review the itemized quote
We assess the photograph, design route, delivery country and any requested fitting. The quote separates product cost, delivery and applicable charges. You can ask questions before accepting. Submitting a photo request does not take a payment or release a print job.
3. Review the current design
The private request page stores design previews as numbered versions. Check the face, outfit, pose, composition and supported lettering. A new version replaces the approval requirement, while older versions remain part of the record. Only the latest version can be approved.
4. Print, inspect and dispatch
The photo figurine production process moves to printing after payment has been verified and the latest design approved. Quality review covers dimensions, structure, surface, color and protective packaging. The private request page receives carrier and tracking details when the order is dispatched. International delivery is confirmed separately from factory production.
