Before production
A photo request can be cancelled before payment and production release. If you have accepted a quote or paid, use the support form to ask about the current stage, work already completed and any applicable cancellation cost. Do not assume design work can be reversed after approval.
Damage, wrong item or missing parts
Keep the item, inner protective packaging and outer carton. Send images of the issue and your private request reference. We compare the delivered item with the approved design and fulfilment record, then explain the available remedy. A paid refund is handled through the actual payment channel.
Custom-made differences
A miniature is a styled printed interpretation of a photograph. Small surface marks and reasonable color differences from a screen preview are distinct from breakage or a wrong product. Revision scope and agreed requirements belong in the quote and approved design record.
Your consumer rights
This page does not remove rights that apply in your location. The remedy and any return instruction are confirmed after review of the order and destination. Do not ship a return to an unconfirmed address.
