File requirements
Upload JPG or PNG; PNG is preferred when available. The documented file range is 128 KB to 10 MB, with at least 1024 × 1024 pixels. The source guide recommends images up to approximately 5K. Keep a clear original rather than enlarging a small screenshot. This site checks file type, minimum dimensions and file size before storing your photo.
Full body photos for figurines
For standard cartoon figures, show the whole body, visible face, clothing, hands and feet from the front. Use even light and avoid filters, heavy shadows, sunglasses or objects covering the face. The photo defines the pose and outfit; a cropped body cannot simply be filled in with guessed details.
One person, two people, or a pet
Match the subjects in the photograph to the configuration you choose. A couple format needs two visible people; an owner-with-pet format needs one person and one pet. For a pet, show the coat pattern, paws, ears and tail clearly. Furniture, vehicles and added scene elements require the scene quotation route.
How to choose photos for custom figurines
Choose the clearest image of the moment you want, rather than the image with the most dramatic background. Keep some space around the subject. Below 8 cm, glasses, tassels and slender accessories are especially difficult to print safely. Realistic full-body pieces use a separate four-view requirement; reliefs work best with a close portrait of one to three subjects.
Photo requirements for 3D figurines
Check the complete subject, clear face, even lighting and enough resolution before choosing the format. A file can pass the technical uploader and still need a better reference. The review considers pose, visibility, subject count and fragile features, not only the filename or pixel dimensions.
