Understanding Your Design Preview

Approve the version you actually reviewed.

What to inspect

A personalized figurine design preview should show the intended face, body proportions, clothing, pose and composition. Check any requested text for spelling and placement. Small structural changes may be needed for fragile accessories; ask about them before approval.

Numbered versions

Every uploaded design preview is stored as a new version with a date and file fingerprint. Older files are not silently replaced. A change creates a new approval requirement. The production record identifies the approved version, so a previous approval cannot release a later unreviewed design.

What a preview cannot promise

Monitor colors, rendering light and screen zoom can differ from a printed object. A preview is a design reference rather than an exact color, texture or gloss sample. Revision scope and any extra design charge are confirmed in the quote; free unlimited revisions are not promised.
