The quality review covers the selected dimensions, structural integrity, visible surface, color and protective packing. Delicate areas such as loops, tails and accessories need particular attention. The approved design version provides the reference for the intended composition.
Miniature printing details
Minor surface marks and small color differences can occur in the print process. Those differ from damage, missing parts, a wrong item or a material mismatch. No numerical likeness score or zero-error printing guarantee is used to replace an actual review.
If an item arrives damaged
Keep the item, protective packaging and outer shipping carton. Take clear photographs of the damage and contact us through the support request form using your private order link. We assess the evidence and the order record, then explain the applicable remedy. Do not discard the packaging before the case is reviewed.
