Production and transit are separate
The upstream notes describe a typical factory dispatch target within seven days. That is not a guaranteed order-to-door schedule and does not include every design review or international route. We confirm an estimate for your actual product, destination and design stage.
Country, postage and customs
Send your country with the request. We review the available carrier and delivery charge before accepting payment. Import duties, taxes and any carrier handling charges are explained where known; customs decisions and transit delays are outside a design preview’s scope.
Tracking
When a completed order is dispatched, the private request page shows the carrier, tracking number and dispatch date. A request marked for review has not been shipped. Contact support if tracking does not update or the package arrives damaged.
A gift deadline
Tell us the date before accepting a quote. We will assess the route and explain its estimate. No universal worldwide delivery promise or guaranteed date is shown without a confirmed service.
